This white paper was authored by Aysha Fleming, Aditi Mankad, Kate Cavanagh, Chris Price, Sam Behrens, Nigel Haigh and  Owen Lim of the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation. It was funded by the Clean Energy Council and first appeared in Renewable Energy.
